Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  
  
• The perfume must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
  
  
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

Return Process

• Contact us within 14 days to request a return authorization.
  
  
• Ship the product back in secure packaging.
  
  
• Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the item.
  
  
• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
  
  
• Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

•  At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return eligible items and place a new order.
