Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 3 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • Any perfume that has been opened or unsealed.

  • Items that show signs of use or tampering.

  • Orders exceeding 3 days from the date of delivery.

💰 Refund Method:

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer only.

  • Processing takes 3 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Perfume Lab does not cover shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
