If more than 3 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances.

💰 Refund Method:

Refunds are made via bank transfer only.

Processing takes 3 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🚚 Return Shipping:

Perfume Lab does not cover shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
